At Artigamy, we want every piece of art to reach you safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders of posters, miniatures, and home décor items purchased from our website.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons — such as festive periods, major sale events, or new collection launches — processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Please Note You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a second email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Delivery estimates are provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen method.

Customs, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and vary by country. Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order.

  • International Standard: 10–21 business days, rates calculated at checkout
  • International Expedited: 5–10 business days, rates calculated at checkout
  • Some remote locations may require additional transit time
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes internationally
Import Restrictions Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in some countries. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items ordered are permitted for import in their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your dispatch email for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

  • Track your order at any time using the link in your confirmation email
  • You can also visit your account dashboard under "My Orders"
  • SMS tracking updates are available at checkout (opt-in)

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packing every order, but occasionally packages may be lost or arrive damaged in transit. If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

For damaged items, please retain all original packaging and photograph both the packaging and the damaged product before contacting our support team. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

For lost packages, we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Investigations typically take 5–10 business days to complete. Once confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.

Incorrect Address We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Address corrections after dispatch may not always be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Artigamy purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and full instructions.
